Provinces We Ship To

We currently ship to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. This allows us to manage shipping costs effectively and offer free delivery thresholds that benefit our customers. We do not ship to other provinces or territories at this time.

Free Local Delivery (Okanagan Valley)

Orders of $38+ qualify for free delivery in Vernon, Coldstream, Lake Country, Kelowna, and West Kelowna.

Free Canada-Wide Shipping

Orders of $225+ qualify for free shipping via standard ground service to BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, and QC.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $225, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your cider arrives safely.

Cider Club Members

Club members receive FREE shipping on all club deliveries. Your free shipping applies automatically.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Local deliveries may be batched for efficiency.

Winter Shipping

To protect your cider from freezing during Canadian winter transit, we take extra precautions:

• Weather delays: We may hold shipments during extreme cold snaps (below -15°C) to prevent freezing damage

• Upgraded shipping: During severe weather, we may upgrade to expedited or insulated shipping at no extra cost to you

• Free shipping applies to standard ground service: Winter conditions may require priority shipping to ensure safe delivery

• Notifications: We'll email you if your order is delayed due to weather conditions

• Cider Club members: Your seasonal deliveries are scheduled to avoid winter shipping (Spring, Summer, Fall), weather permitting

Why we do this: Cider can freeze and potentially burst bottles in extreme cold. We'd rather delay your order a few days than risk damaged product.
