Crafted from 100% Okanagan apples and BC fruit, each expression showcases terroir-driven complexity in premium 750ml bottles.

Core Expressions:

  • Unhazy Hopped — Hopped Cider. Craft-forward and aromatic. For adventurous palates seeking bold, hoppy expression.
  • The Core — Okanagan Apple Cider. Our flagship expression. Pure, mineral-driven apple character that defines our terroir.
  • Strawberry Ciderita — Strawberry Lemon Cider. A bright, balanced blend of real strawberry and lemon. Approachable sophistication in every sip.

Barrel-Aged Variants:

  • Black Hole — Barrel-Aged Blackberry Cider. Black, rich, and intensely fruited. Aged in oak with layers of dark fruit complexity.
  • Barrel Proof — Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cider. Aged in freshly dumped Okanagan Spirits whiskey barrels. Rich, complex, and layered with oak, vanilla, caramel, and subtle whiskey warmth.

  • Land-Based Cidery in Vernon, B.C. — Our small-batch production facility is built on a commitment to quality and sustainability. We also manage an orchard at our Vernon location, ensuring hands-on control over fruit quality and production.
