When Will My First Delivery Arrive?

Your first case ships right away after you join. Delivery times vary by location:

• BC (Okanagan Valley): 1–3 business days
• BC (Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island): 2–5 business days
• Alberta: 3–7 business days
• Ontario: 5–10 business days
• Other provinces: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What's in the Box?

A Curated 12-Bottle Case

Each delivery includes 12 bottles (750ml each) carefully curated across our lineup. Your case typically includes 2 bottles of each core expression:

• The Core — 100% Okanagan apples, crisp and clean
• Unhazy Hopped — dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, tropical and citrusy
• Strawberry Ciderita — fresh BC strawberries and lemon, bright and refreshing
• Barrel Proof — aged in Okanagan Spirits whiskey barrels, rich and complex
• Black Hole — fresh blackberry purée aged in oak wine barrels, dark and layered

We bottle in 750ml specifically so you can share — these are meant to be poured into glasses and enjoyed over a meal or an evening, not cracked open solo. (Though we don't judge.)

Vault Releases

As a Cider Club member, you have guaranteed allocation of every Vault release — small-batch ciders too labour-intensive, too experimental, or simply too limited to sell publicly. Batches of 300 litres or less.

When a Vault release is ready, it ships with your next delivery or as a standalone shipment depending on timing. You'll be notified in advance. Non-members can join a waitlist, but allocation isn't guaranteed. Members are always covered first.

Premium Tasting Notes

Every delivery includes printed materials: product profiles with ABV and flavour notes, food pairing suggestions, serving recommendations, and updates from the orchard. Think of it as your personal guide to getting the most out of each cider.

Member Surprises

Occasional extras with deliveries — branded glassware, bottle openers, bottle toppers, local Okanagan products, seasonal items. Not every delivery, but when we find something worth including, members get it first.

Free Canada-Wide Shipping

Every delivery ships free. No minimum, no hidden fees. That's $30–40 in savings per shipment.

The Unboxing Experience

Your cider arrives in a wine box with individual dividers — each bottle in its own compartment, designed for safe transit of glass. Inside: 12 bottles, printed tasting notes and pairing guides, and any member surprises included that season.

Chill to 4–8°C before serving. Pour into a glass. Use the tasting notes.

How to Get the Most Out of Your First Delivery

Start with a tasting flight. Pour small samples (60–90ml) of 3–4 different ciders into separate glasses. Taste them side by side. Notice the differences in flavour, acidity, and finish.

How to taste properly: Look at the colour and clarity. Smell it — swirl gently and take a deep sniff. Taste it and hold it in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. Notice what lingers. Use the tasting notes to guide you.

Pair with food. The tasting notes include specific pairing suggestions for each cider. Try The Core with roast chicken or soft cheese, Unhazy Hopped with spicy Thai food, Barrel Proof with aged cheddar or smoked meats, Black Hole with grilled lamb or dark chocolate.

Share it. A 750ml bottle serves 3–4 people comfortably. Invite friends, pour a flight, talk about what you're tasting. That's what the format is designed for.

Take notes. Keep track of what you love. Email us before your next delivery to customize your case accordingly.

What Happens After Your First Delivery?

Your next two shipments align with our seasonal schedule — Spring (April/May), Summer (July/August), Fall (October/November). Your first delivery skips the next upcoming seasonal date so you won't get back-to-back shipments right away.

Each subsequent delivery includes the same: curated 12-bottle case, tasting notes, free shipping, and Vault releases when available. Plus 10% off any additional purchases you make between deliveries.

Customization and Flexibility

Customize your case — email us before your delivery and we'll swap bottles based on your preferences.

Reschedule a delivery — going on vacation? Email us or log into your customer portal to push the date.

Pause or cancel — the only commitment is three deliveries (one year). After that, cancel or pause anytime through your portal or by email. No hassle, no fees.
