You Built It. Here's What Happens Next.

Twelve bottles, your mix, one flat price of $215. Add your case to cart, then enter your preferred mix in the cart order notes before proceeding to checkout. Your selection should total 12 bottles.

How We Pack Your Case

Once your order comes in, we use your notes to pack your case. For example: 6 Barrel Proof, 4 Black Hole and 2 Unhazy Hopped. Every bottle has its own compartment, packed for safe transit of glass.

If you leave the notes blank, we'll pack 3 The Core, 3 Unhazy Hopped, 3 Black Hole and 3 Barrel Proof.

Strawberry Ciderita is available by request while supplies last, and isn't included in the default mix. If we need to adjust your selection for availability, we'll reach out before shipping.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Case

Start with a tasting flight. Pour small samples (60–90ml) of 3–4 different ciders into separate glasses. Taste them side by side. Notice the differences in flavour, acidity, and finish.

Serve it right. Chill most ciders to 4–8°C before serving. Serve Black Hole lightly cool, more like a red wine than a fridge-cold cider. Allow it to warm slightly before tasting so its blackberry, oak and vanilla notes can open up. Pour into a glass — not from the bottle. These are 750ml bottles designed to be shared over a meal or an evening.

Pair with food. The Core with roast chicken or soft cheese. Unhazy Hopped with spicy Thai food. Barrel Proof with aged cheddar or smoked meats. Black Hole with grilled lamb or dark chocolate. Strawberry Ciderita with anything on a sunny patio.

Find your obsession. That's the whole point of building a case — taste the range, figure out which Hardcore cider was made for you, then order a full case of it next time.
