Unhazy Hopped

Craft cider meets craft beer culture. 100% Okanagan apples dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic for bold tropical and citrusy aromatics. If you love IPAs but want something lighter and more refreshing, this is your gateway.

The Core

Our flagship. The foundation. Crisp, clean, and fruit-forward with 100% Okanagan apples and nothing else. No added fruit, no hops — just pure apple character from estate-grown Okanagan fruit.

Fruit-Forward Expressions

Strawberry Ciderita

100% Okanagan apples with fresh BC strawberries and lemon. Bright, refreshing, and built for warm days. The fruit is added post-fermentation in pressurized tanks to preserve vibrant, fresh aromatics.

Flavour: Fresh strawberry, lemon zest, crisp apple, subtle sweetness
Pairs with: Fresh seafood, salads, tacos, spicy food
Best for: Patios, summer, anyone who wants bold fruit without artificial flavouring

Barrel-Aged Expressions

Barrel Proof

100% Okanagan apples aged in freshly dumped Okanagan Spirits whiskey barrels. Rich, complex, and layered with oak, vanilla, caramel, and subtle whiskey warmth. A limited release — Cider Club members get guaranteed allocation.

Flavour: Oak tannins, vanilla, caramel, whiskey warmth, refined apple character
Pairs with: Aged cheese, smoked meats, roasted pork, caramel desserts
Best for: Special occasions, contemplative sipping, whiskey and wine lovers

Black Hole

100% Okanagan apples with fresh blackberry purée, aged in oak wine barrels. Dark, rich, and contemplative. The fruit integrates with the oak into something that goes well beyond fruit cider. A limited release.

Flavour: Dark blackberry, oak tannins, subtle vanilla, complex depth
Pairs with: Grilled red meat, blue cheese, dark chocolate, hearty stews
Best for: Cooler evenings, bold food pairings, exploring complexity

The Vault: Limited Releases for Members Only

The Vault is our small-batch limited release program — ciders too labour-intensive, too experimental, or simply too limited to sell publicly. Batches of 300 litres or less. This is where the most interesting work happens.

Past Vault releases have included our raspberry expression — 100% Okanagan apples with fresh BC raspberries added post-fermentation. Bold, tart, and vibrant. The kind of cider that doesn't make it to the public store.

Vault releases are exclusively available to Cider Club members. Non-members can join a waitlist, but allocation isn't guaranteed. If you want access to everything we make, membership is the only way in.
