Why We're Doing This

Let's be straight about the economics of small-batch craft cider.

We grow our own apples on estate orchards in the Okanagan Valley. We use real BC fruit — no concentrates, no shortcuts. We ferment small batches by hand and bottle everything ourselves. That costs money. And those costs are going up.

Shipping rates are rising. Packaging is more expensive. Ingredients cost more every year. We're not immune to any of it.

But the first 50 founding members are. Their rate is locked in at $215 per case for as long as they stay active. That's our commitment to the people who committed to us first.

What Locked-In Pricing Actually Means

• $215 per case — forever. 12 bottles, $17.92 each, three deliveries a year.
• Free Canada-wide shipping on every delivery — even if shipping costs increase.
• If we raise prices for new members, you're grandfathered in. Your rate doesn't move.
• This applies to all three seasonal deliveries — Spring, Summer, and Fall.

The only way you lose this rate is if you cancel or pause your membership. If you come back later, you pay whatever the current rate is at that time.

The Vault: What Founding Members Also Get

Beyond locked-in pricing, founding members get something nobody else does: guaranteed access to The Vault.

The Vault is our limited release program — small-batch ciders that are too labour-intensive, too experimental, or simply too limited to sell publicly. This year that includes two releases made in batches of 300 litres or less. Club members get guaranteed allocation. Everyone else gets a waitlist, if they get anything at all.

When you make cider from one crop per year, every litre matters. Founding members get first access to all of it.

The Math: Why This Gets Better Over Time

Right now, $215 per case is already a strong deal — $28+ in product savings plus $30–$40 in free shipping per delivery.

But consider what happens if we raise prices in two years to $240 per case as costs increase:

And that's a conservative estimate. The longer you stay, the better the founding rate looks.

Why Only 50?

We cap it at 50 because we're a small operation constrained by one harvest per year. We can't lock in pricing for thousands of people — it's not sustainable. Fifty founding members is a number we can honour properly and take care of the way they deserve.

Once those 50 spots are filled, locked-in pricing is gone. New members will still get a great deal, but they'll pay the current rate — and any future rate increases.
